[Typo3] formtype_mail

Hi there,

I surely messed something up... i'm using TYPO3 3.8, and a so simple 
form like this doens't work (no mail send) :
rsp.contactEvenement  {
    10 = FORM
    10.recipient = prouwens at infoglobe.ca
    10.data = Nom|input,40||Valider|formtype_mail=submit|Envoyer
    10.layout = ###LABEL### : ###FIELD###
    10.locationData = 1
    10.target = _self
}
is there something i have to do in the install tool to make it work ????
Is anyone have a code working then i can see where i'm wrong please ?
Thanks a lot in advance for any clues hints or anything .
