[Typo3] Where is rtehtmlarea download?

Hello Siddharth,

That is indeed where it is supposed to be but it isn't. On 8/8 there was 
a post where the same problem showed for the awstats extension. I still 
don't know why some extensions have the file available for download and 
others don't.
