[Typo3] Where is rtehtmlarea download?

I'm not able to use the Typo3 Backend to import extensions, so, I was  
looking to download the rtehtmlarea extension from the Typo3 web  
site. But, unlike other extensions there is no download available for  
rtehtmlarea.

http://typo3.org/extensions/repository/search/rtehtmlarea/details/

Can someone tell me if there is another method I should be using to  
manually download the extension?
