[Typo3] Top menu level2 problem

This is a demo of a site... www.deus.co.yu. On the left i have a sidebar
with a first level items... it's a TOC.

I need a second menu on the top with second level items like search, contact
us, site map etc.

I have no problem displaying first menu... in sidebar or in the header, but
I can't display second level menu on the top.
