[Typo3] Get in touch with the bug fixing team

Should I send my problem to this email too?
The problem is:
According to http://bugs.typo3.org/view.php?id=671 the supporrt of mapping  
dl, dt and dd tags in TemplaVoila was added in February 2005, yet I can't  
map these tags in TV (0.4.0).
...or maybe I just get something wrong?
