[Typo3] insert extension on all pages in TV

Hi,

just map one field in TV and assign as resource TS Object path. then you 
can enter an path like lib.searchbox. Later in your normal TS Template 
on the root page you can enter something like that: lib.searchbox < 
plugin.tx_macinasearchbox_pi1
