[Typo3] static_info_tables install problem

Hi Bernhard				

I set the 'max_execution_time" as suggested, but it didn't work. I forgot to mention that there is Naming Errors of the existing tables. 

When i try to Make Update ... it didn't go thru.

Just wonder if this is because im using Mysql 4.1 on Windows ?
