[Typo3] New: GMENU LAYERS script into External File

Finally I have come to a modified version of the gmenu_layers.php script, to allow external files being generated instead of the code & layers being placed into the html.

For this to work, the code was rewriten to allow:
- fix some quote / doublequotes issues that broke the javascript
- add some mechanism to get unique layers name when the "layer_menu_id" property is set
- allow the div html and the js code to be placed into the external files.

Also, take note that the typoscript needs some settings so the external js files keep their name along the whole site:

        layer_menu_id = somename
	imgNameNotRandom = 1
