[Typo3] FrontEnd Admin - edit account

Hi list

I can fiqure out the idea of several accounts for one fe_user.

When i hit the edit account page, which includes the feuser_admin plugin, I want to display the formular with the posibility to change user info. I dont want the list asking me which user to edit. It's done on typo3.org the way I want it, but I can't find any documentation, explaning how it's done.
I would be very pleased if someone can help
