[Typo3] Mascot Voting

I think Bill Gates should be our pet! .. or maybe George W. - but we´d have 
to keep him in a really small, security cleared terrorsafe cage...

If it absolutely HAS to look like a german like most of the drawed/modelled 
guys do, maybe Joshka Fischer or whatever his name is (?)
