[Typo3] External URL Link not working

It's not so hard, I guess.
Can you give the literal Typoscript part of your menu?
And the rendered source code of the html page. Only the menu part.
The pagetype is (should be) external url and in the constant editor you 
defined the "Target for external links" as _blank, may I hope.
