[Typo3] PHP Fatal error: Cannot instantiate non-existent class

Hi list
I'm geting this  error msg "PHP Fatal error:  Cannot instantiate non-existent class:  t3lib_pageselect in c:\\program files\\apache group\\apache\\moh\\moh\\t3lib\\class.t3lib_div.php on line 3177\n". I need to solve this problem ASAP. Because of thid my client's website is down. Please help.
