[Typo3] css_styled_content, control header/text wraps

Good morning,

I'm working on my second typo3 site implementation and my HTML template has
challenged my TS skills yet again. I'm using css_styled_content (has worked
well for me to-date), and I need to be able to control the wrap for the
header and for the text. I've already figured out how to use stdWrap to wrap
the entire element, that's working fine.

My header currently is wrapped like so:

header
text

... I don't need the extra
wrap around the

-
how can I remove this?

My text is currently not wrapped at all, and I need to wrap that in a

- how do I do this? I've googled through the typo3 lists and
have found various different related posts, but nothing I've derived from
them has worked :(. I have been working at this for over a day now, so I
thought I'd finally turn to the list for some specific help!

Thanks in advance.
