[Typo3] Synchronising a TYPO3 installation

Hello Rik,

You shouldn't forget rsyncing the uploads and fileadmin directories. And
possibly the typo3conf directory if you expect them to install
extensions are change anything in the localconf.

I haven't made a script like that myself, but I was asked if it was
possible by someone. Using rsync and using a script to update the
changed database records (using tstamp) is the way I would have done it.
