[Typo3] 3.8.0 Install Tool ERROR (host was not alphanumeric)

Hi

  I try install TYPO3 3.8.0 with domain name like 'bla-bla.com' (i.e. with
  '-' char)...

  Path to db like 'bla-bla.com:64000'

  Next error-message appear:

...host was not alphanumeric, a-zA-Z0-9_-:., or longer than 50 chars (...not
saved)

  I manually correct /typo3conf/localconf.php, insert db-name, db-password
  etc, and install TYPO3 this 'manually-way' in total. But Install Tool do
  not work at all - it say: 'NO ACCESS!' (to data base).  


  What can I do to fix this ERROR?
