[Typo3] XMENU_LAYERS and Opera

Someone made fix to jsfunc.layermenu.js for Opera,
which worked in Typo3 3.7.0 BUT not in Opera 3.8.0.

Do anybody knows, if someone has doen a new 'jsfunc.layermenu.js',
which work with Typo3 3.8.0 & Opera -it was suprice that after
installing newer version with FIXED 'jsfunc.layermenu.js'
menus didn't anymore worked -someone has alted class.tslib_menu.php
