You have to delete the table and create it again. BUT if you restore the 
information this action is just a waste of time as internal counter will 
be set to max(uid) :-(

So if you want to come up with new ids, make a fresh install with the 
dummy page AND import t3d (BUT don't forget to export FIRST ;-)
