[Typo3] one-time displayed popup

hi daniel,

i am talking about usual popup-windows (for every kind of user).

i've successfully installed the gsi_popup extension, but i have
problems with it. with the main page tree, no popup is displayed. but
if i try to create a new page and configure there the extension the it
works. i will post if i try the main "incompatibiliy" issue.
