[Typo3] db check

Hi,

When I look at the DB Check and I choose the option Database relations, I 
get the following two remarks:

Group fields:
There are 1 records pointing to this missing or deleted record;
[sys_template][5]
There are 1 records pointing to this missing or deleted record;
[tt_news_cat][1]

What's the way to fix this? I know I deleted a template extension, but I 
can't find which record is pointing at the deleted record? Please some 
advice.
