[Typo3] CWT_FEEDIT - need help!!

hello out there!

i posted allready 3 weeks ago. now i still havent found the clou and have to get it to work till comming week.

I use cwt_feedit to write information into the tx_cwtamihot_record table. 

With the version 0.4.0 of cwt_feed the information (including image) is written into the table but there is always a Warning or Error message: Warning: session_register(): .../class.tx_dephpot_phpopentracker_container.php ...Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent .../class.tslib_fe.php...

With the new version 0.5.2 the form is displayed correctly but no information is written into the table, and if i try to write a image into database   there is also a error message (Warning: rename... No such file .../class.tx_cwtfeedit_pi1.php .. /  Warning: session_register():  .../class.tx_dephpot_phpopentracker_container.php... / Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent .../class.tslib_fe.php...)

I found a topic on this kind of error messages but the solution with error_reporting (E_ALL ^ E_NOTICE); in the main script of cwt_feedit didn't help. 

And why does cwt_feedit the version 0.5.2 doesn't write into database even thou the form output is the same?

Please hope for help since i don't know how i can solve this.
