hey jan.

please make sure, that no extension is installed that sets fe_user_cache 
= 1.
log off from the installation and check the website with a linkcrawler 
like xenu link sleuth.

try to downgrade the indexed search plugin. the version you are using 
does not work with 3.6 i guess.
