[Typo3] Alt text for Images extension

If you are using the extension 'Alt text for images' (dmc_image_alttext) 
there are two fields that you need to enable in the Allowed exclude fields.

One is called Pagecontent: Image Alttext, and as describe it allows the 
user to edit the image alt text.

The other has a simialr name except for title instead of alt
