[Typo3] Tackling Direct Mail

Hi all. I've got stuck here: 
http://typo3.org/documentation/document-library/direct_mail_tut/Administration_Typo3/, 
on the part where it says: "This is how your Mail User Administration 
Typo3 Template should look." Can someone tell me exactly where this 
template is? I have a feel this is not the root page template...
