[Typo3] DR Wiki not saving content

I have installed the extension DR Wiki into typo 3.7 (running on a shared 
Linux server) and the wiki is showing on my FE page. I enter content into 
the form but when I click save nothing is saved and the form returns blank. 
In the Backend no record is created.

If I create a Wiki record through the BE the record is created but not 
reflected in the FE. The FE doesn't seem to be interfacing with the Wiki 
database table.

I have set the page to not cache and have set .htaccess php_flag 
allow_call_time_pass_reference on.

Any help would be gratefully received
