[Typo3] Tech question/error messge

Tiffany,
It looks like the permissions on your uploads/pics folder are incorrect 
and this is keeping the webserver from being able to copy the file from 
one folder to another.  If you chmod the uploads/pics folder to 775 that 
  should take care of you.

Shoot me an email off the list if you need some more detailed 
instructions on doing that.

Depending on how much time site adjustments and stuff will require, I 
might be able to help with that too.
