[Typo3] Can't import extensions with Ext manager

- I had asked  to for the change on the server and I'm waiting the
answer of the host provider.
- I didn't saw that on any details/extension  page bottom there are the option :
Download compressed extension .T3X file
(Download uncompressed extension .T3X file)
By this way I had uploaded.
