[Typo3] "CODE:" field in Extension

Hello Typo's,

I know its obsolete but still want to use the "CODE:" field in my 
Extension. I dont know how to integrate it in the Backend though and 
even looking at other extension didnt bring me any further...any hints?

My plugin just uses 2 "modes" so I think this it would be the best 
practise to solve this with the "CODE:" field...if I am wrong please 
advise me ;)
