[Typo3] typo3.org mirror?

Hi Bernhard, Robert

thanks for the quick answer. Mirroring the TER is very important too, 
but as there're many other valuable resources on typo3.org (ML archives, 
documentation matrix/docs) i think a complete mirror for those pages 
would be nice too. Does the TER2.0 offer a solution for this too please?
