[Typo3] Summary list from news (BE)??

Hi there!

I´m a little bit stuck in the following problem:

This is the structure of my Site-Tree:
-News (Sys folder)
----Editor1 (Sys folder)
----Editor2 (Sys folder)

Each editor has limited access only to its own folder (create, editing 
of News-Records).
Is there a possibility to get a summary of all News-Records of all editors?
The News-Admin then should be able to view this summary.

I´d appreciate any suggestions.
