[Typo3] putting an arbitrary tt_content element in the page

Hi list

Until now I know how to put a tt_content in the  page  it belong to

page.10 < styles.content.get

simple as that.

But let's say that I create a tt_content of id 11 which is symply a text 
that I want to display in the right column of  *all* my pages

I should put this tt_content of id=11  in my template

subparts.left_column < (I don't know what to put on the right operator) 
tt_content = id:11
