[Typo3] Moving typo3 from subdirectory to root

I did the file/folder move-trick a few times in the past and always without problems. Just make sure you move all the files, folders and symlinks one dir up. You don't have to reconfigure your site. The only problem you might walk into is the contents of you current .htaccess file already in the root of your site but deleting/overwriting it must be enough.
