[Typo3] Direct mail subscription plugin on two subpages?

Hi

I've the dmail subscription form on the mail page of my site. But when a 
user clicks on the link for editing the account settings, the new form 
and all the succeding dialogue content is shown on the same page in 
place of the plugin. I'd like to have the subscription form on the main 
page but all other subscription administration stuff on another page. 
How can I do this?
