Hi List!

1. How can i disable fcode(bbcode) (except quotes) for all users except moderators
    or disable it at all for forum, category or conference ?

2. Is it possible to allow users create new topics in some conference, but only moderators
    can reply to this topics.
    What is it for? I need it to use as question-answer (consultation/advice) conference.
    So people can ask questions and consultants (moderators) answers it.
    It would be very nice to have this feature.
