[Typo3] pdf and corrupted files

There is something wrong with my configuration but I cant figure out what.
I instaled ext pdf generator I also installed htmldoc from source.
If I try to generate pdf from command , there is no problem.
When I open in IE my page  &type=123 nothhing happend and Acrobats hangs.
Ophera downloading 56kb file regardless content. I cant open this file cause 
Acrobat exits with error - file corrupted, cant read etc
