[Typo3] rtehtmlarea error

I installed the latest version of rtehtmlarea (0.4.71) and now I am getting 
these errors when I click on "Edit in Rich Text Editor".

Warning: Variable passed to reset() is not an array or object 
in /home/httpd/typo3_src-3.7.0/t3lib/class.t3lib_div.php on line 1398

Warning: Variable passed to each() is not an array or object 
in /home/httpd/typo3_src-3.7.0/t3lib/class.t3lib_div.php on line 1399

Repeated about 30 times.


Anyone have an idea what might be wrong?  I did some searching on google but 
couldn't find a solution.
