[Typo3] update T3 to 3.8.0

if you use the latest beta all should work. 
make a backup before !! ;-)

the extensions I know, do work under 3.8.0 

after the update, ckeck if there are no extensions in the folders
typo3conf/ext and typo3/ext that are also in the folder typo3/sysext.
