[Typo3] AW Stats trouble 404 page

I am getting this error when I click on log.txt in the BE.

Not Found
 The requested URL /typo3conf/ext/cc_awstats/mod1/__AWS_WRAPPER__ was not
found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an
ErrorDocument to handle the request.
 Apache/1.3.33 Server at www.fellowsenergy.com Port 80

Here are my settings:
This is my configuration in my main template setup:
config.stat = 1
config.stat_apache = 1
config.stat_apache_logfile = log.txt
config.stat_excludeBEuserHits = 1


In install tool

[FE][logfile_dir] = fileadmin/log/


And I have created an empty directory in fileadmin  called log
And put a file in there called log.txt

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
