[Typo3] Editing pages / Save&View, Window behaviour

Hi,

whenever i edit content and use the "Save&View" button to check
my work, the page is displayed in a new browser Window which
(a) does not contain all browser specific controls (location, toolbar ..).
Even stranger, just after the page has finished loading in the new
window, the window containing the typo3 backend where i edit the
page comes to the front (b).

Please tell me if and how (a) and (b) can be fixed.
