[Typo3] dmail doesn't show up for editor? Need one more eye..

Hi list

The direct_mail module doesn't show up for the Backend User.

As admin everything is ok. The Newsletter selection is shown by pressing the Web/Plugins/ Links or Via User/Tasks.
But for the editor the link doesn't show up (neither in Web/Plugins nore in User/Tasks.
But I configured as alwas (have a look):

Probably I'm blind!
