[Typo3] Microtype

Hi, thankyou for the help I have already recieved :)

The current issue I have is with the backend interface. It seems to be 
written in microtype with very small icons. I can't make the text size 
larger or am not sure how. And making the icons bigger would be usefull 
aswell.

Is there anyway I can do this - I know I can use opera etc, but I wonder if 
it can be done in IE (PC).
