[Typo3] access on resources for FE usergroups

Hello,

I have a question about granting access on resources for FE usergroups:

In typo3 I can put FE users into an usergroup and give this usergroup 
access to a particular resource.

Now I want to give a second FE usergroup (with different users) access 
to the same resource and
a third FE usergroup (again with different users) should not have access 
to this resource.

How can I achive that in typo3?
