[Typo3] Can't login after install

Hi list

I just downloaded TYPO3 version 3.7 and installed it on my webserver. After the using the install script I get to the Backend-Loginscreen, but I can't login. What is my username and my password. I found a german manual that tells me the username would be "admin" and the password would be "password" but that doesn't work. I always get an error message telling me that  my login information is not correct.
The message is:
"Your login attempt did not succeed. Make sure to spell your username and password correctly, including upper/lowercase characters."
