[Typo3] nice menu

I'd like to use this menu as a navigation bar

myself cannot figure out the way

googlin' found a mailing list

where some guy explain somethign but as he speaks
german cannot be understood. If I use typoscript
listed there -including .js files and body script-
menu does no show up.

Any clues will be appreciated.
