[Typo3] classified advertisements

Hi,

i'd like to ask you if somebody uses any kind of classifieds 
advertisement with a typo3 site? I mean where the users can offer their 
products to sell (etc name, image, description, price) and others can 
browse them? I don't mean anything complicated like e-bay just a simpler 
one, but couldn't find any appropriate extension in TER.
Any idea please what should be a good approach?
