[Typo3] Bullet problem

Hello,

When I as an author write in the rte from explorer and use bullet points.

Then I get this result:

<typolist>
topic 1
topic 2
</typolist>

I have admin access to the typo3, so what should I configure to get the 
bullets visible? And if you can be explicit then I will be even happier!
