[Typo3] rtehtmlarea 0.4.67 problems after upgrade from 0.4.60 (no browser cache issue)

I tried this and deleted any  RTE proc settings I made. Now,  in
Firefox 1.0.2, tags for bold text, italic, links etc. are kept upon
saving. Line breaks are still removed.

In MSIE 6, everything is removed.

Can't see what I am missing.
