[Typo3] admin in ISO Latin2 ?

Hello,

I have a typo3 3.6.2 site in 'ISO Latin2' code page, the web site works good

BUT, in the admin area, the accented data characters do not display
correctly;

if I set the browser to 'encoding 8859-2', they do

can I simply set the admin area to '8859-2'.... ?
where/how ?
