[Typo3] TYPO3 Element Browser comes up blank

Hello,

I'm running typo3 3.7 on a redhat 3.0as machine.

When I click on anything that requires the element browser to come up,
it comes up as a blank page. It does this in ie and firefox.

Best example I can give, is there's a form I'm working on. I click on
the open folder icon for Jump to page:. A popup windows comes up, and
instead of listing pages to choose from, there's a blank page.

Any ideas on what may have caused this?
