[Typo3] rtehtmlarea 0.4.67 problems after upgrade from 0.4.60 (no browser cache issue)

I had to downgrade back to 0.4.60. Tried 0.4.63 in between, which did
not work.

This is what I did:

1. Removed the extension with the extension manager
2. Deleted extension from server (look for "Backup/Delete" in the
extension manager's pulldown-menu).
3. Deleted the rtehtmlarea-related line(s) in localconf.php (make
backup first)
3. Installed older version with the extension manager
4. Cleared browser cache.

Now it works again.
