[Typo3] rtehtmlarea 0.4.67 problems after upgrade from 0.4.60 (no browser cache issue)

Yes, there is. Go to the Extension Repository, lookup rtehtmlarea, 
select it or click on its name. A new window shows, to the left you a 
pulldown menu with every version so far in it.
